Post #98 - Saturday

Just a quick post.

I was a bit disgusted this morning to wake up, look outside and see snow. I knew it would happen again before true spring, but still....

I may be going out this evening to visit a friend that just got back from France. I am hoping to hear all about it. Also, I have a plant that is down to one leaf and I want to take it too her for nurturing. I jokingly refer to her as the plant whisperer. I will take Sadie to play with her dogs and we plan on doing Chinese food for dinner.

It occurred to me that I had not posted any of my project status lately. I haven't really been knitting except when I go to knit night. I have been working on a locker hook rug of a fish. I may have posted pictures of me coloring in the design on Easter Sunday at my mom's kitchen table. (UPDATE: 4/13/08, I went back and found that I had never posted the photos after all, so I fixed the oversight. NOW you can go see the Easter Sunday project photos)

After I photographed it for the blog, I realized that there was a lot of empty space around the top and bottom.

Now I am thinking I should add some small fish above and below.

What do you think? Any suggestions?
