Ever wondered what is like living "Up North"?
I turned 50 recently, so this now a 50 something woman exploring her numerous (if fleeting) interests while living in a rural area of vast natural resources, but little else.
Really, I started doing this as an experiment. It is my first blog. It has turned into much more. This is how I keep my thoughts straight, my angst known, my opinions expressed, and my friends and family up to date on my exciting adventures. Is knitting an adventure?

After the storm
A chickadee awaits his turn at the birdfeeder after last night's winter storm.
No schools were closed! *humph*
I am going to send it into the news stations to see if they will use it on the air. :)
