Saturday...

A busy day today. Up at 7am and on the road by 8:30 to a basketball tournament in Katy. By 1:30 I had bleacher butt, however, it was my back that was breaking my concentration. We hurried home to a family get together at their home that started at 1:00.

I met around 28 members of S's family. I did okay with the names of the adults, but I had all the kids' names hopelessy mixed up. I visited more than I usually would and enjoyed myself immensely. I had been dreading the event initially, thinking I wouldn't remember all of their names and I didn't want to offend anyone. No worries! They were all very nice and understanding.

I ran down the battery on my camera at the b-ball game and it was charging during the party. So, no party photos, just lots of pictures of my photo-shy niece, Ali.

For the record. I was only sore in one place today after playing HORSE in the pool. My abs! I was surprised. Arms were only a little stiff. Maybe I will try again tomorrow.

Julie and Ron arrived later in the day and I visited with them also. We were able to catch up some and I showed Julie my iTouch. There may be an iTouch in her future. :) We are going to try and make plans later in the week.
