I am up to about 2 hours of physical therapy per visit. The time flies, but come on- 2 hours? That is a lot of time. I leave work at 3 now because it was cutting into my work too much. I am tired all the time too, but that could be the weather. The good news is that I am improving. The range of movement has increased and the swelling has gone down all around the actual injury. Today we saw my ankle bone! I didn't even know I had one. LOL
The Beastmaster has restricted my walking to 1/2 hour and no bike riding. With that in mind, I still have to exercise the dog. So I took her for a walk tonight. As you can tell from the video, she has started picking at Mister more because she has a bit of cabin fever. Mister doesn't care, he can dish it out too.
I had to turn the heat back on yesterday and today. Temps are in the mid 50s during the day. It is still rainy, overcast, and cold. Good news though, no hail for 3 days.
Bring up some nice weather when y'all come visit, ya' hear?
I thought we were doing a 4-6 hour Canoe ride, and with the water as high as it is, it should be less time, I bet that water is moving fast! So, what is the price for that trip, or have we shortened it?
