"Hands on Sadie"
Here's a photo of Sadie and two of her faithful fans. She is sitting between them on a loveseat and they're both petting her at the same time. She's a happy girl. I photoshopped her eyes because they were red-eyed, but not sure its an improvement.
Also, I'm including my artsy-fartsy photo of the day. An old truck I saw on our walk today.
Since Friday, I have been sleeping so well! A few stresses in my life have suddenly disappeared, temporarily, and I think my body and mind are slowly dialing down.
I have been falling asleep on the couch in the evening and sleeping very well during the night and it feels great! I feel much better - freer and happier. I tire out fast, by 2pm, I am ready for a nap, but I am thinking of it as my body healing itself.
For the first time in a long time I am feeling optimistic. Not that I was pessimistic in the first place, more like in limbo or waiting. Those feelings are melting away a little more every day.
Tomorrow is my six year anniversary of my new life as a thinner, healthier person! And it truly is a new life for me. I am so glad I did it for myself. No regrets.
