first snow

Yeah, I woke up to snow today. In my life, that's the equivelant of someone pissing in my wheaties first thing in the morning.

The day got better too. I check my email in the morning and LC Guy made other arrangements to shear the one remaining sheep. Me? Disappointed? No! I fired off the F-bomb in return and continued my morning.

My co-workers were so loud and obnoxious, I developed a splitting headache. I had to pull my iTouch out and stick those stupid ear pods in my ears to try to drown them out.

This was all before 8:45am. Then I had a dentist appointment. Yippee skippee. Fortunately, my dental hygeinist was a sweetie and lifted my spirits somewhat.

That pretty much covers my attitude for the day.

I showered and now I feel better. I am curled up on the couch with my Sadie. I am going to update my projects on Ravelry and then do some knitting. I am trying to catch up on my Mystery Colorwork KAL (knit a long). I am posting the photo of it. I am working on the clue chart for week #7. I have no idea what it is yet. I know that it is not an item of clothing, we are going to steek it (I figure the cut will be on the bolder line running through it), it is useful, will make a great gift, and all age groups will appreciate it. Those hints are no help to me! Anyone want to guess?

Last night was Knit Night. Sadie has adopted Katie, our group founder. Last night, Sadie wasted

no time asking to sit in her lap. Then she makes herself at home in her lap. Last night I had to take a photo.


We made some last minute plans for our Sunday Sewing. We are having a pot luck and there will be about 6 of us. Lasagna, garlic bread, and SF Jello with strawberries! Yummm.
