Ever wondered what is like living "Up North"?
I turned 50 recently, so this now a 50 something woman exploring her numerous (if fleeting) interests while living in a rural area of vast natural resources, but little else.
Really, I started doing this as an experiment. It is my first blog. It has turned into much more. This is how I keep my thoughts straight, my angst known, my opinions expressed, and my friends and family up to date on my exciting adventures. Is knitting an adventure?

Went to Marl Lake today. We haven't been there in a LONG time. Sadie was thrilled and we both enjoyed our outing.
Oops, I mean four! After I posted my first comment, I went back to see if I had better luck, but I still didn't see her in the next pictures... I promise, I'm trying to get better at this!
Yay, me!!! I found Sadie in the first picture again... No luck, though in the next three...
