Ever wondered what is like living "Up North"?
I turned 50 recently, so this now a 50 something woman exploring her numerous (if fleeting) interests while living in a rural area of vast natural resources, but little else.
Really, I started doing this as an experiment. It is my first blog. It has turned into much more. This is how I keep my thoughts straight, my angst known, my opinions expressed, and my friends and family up to date on my exciting adventures. Is knitting an adventure?

Winter and Summer in March
I had typed a nice long post about the snow storms, our short burst of summer, and my resulting change of attitude...but it appears to be lost in cyberspace now. IF I find it, I will post it, but I'm not going to try and recreate it now. :(
