Tuesday - Inauguration Day

It was -8 degrees in the carport this morning. It was painful to breathe even. One of the ladies I work with calls it "frozen booger weather".

It was a busy day at work and it passed quickly.

At noon I set up a live internet stream on a screen in our boardroom and everyone had lunch and watched a choppy and delayed inauguration speech. Before that it froze completely during Aretha and I can't say I was sorry about that. Apparently, the area internet stalled completely for a short time and was very slow after that. It may have been more far reaching than our area, but I haven't heard anything more about it.

I was just happy to see Bush get on that plane back to Texas. Hasta la vista.

I am almost done sewing up the penguin and thinking of other projects to do. I am going to start afghan that will use up my half used up balls of yarn.
