Ever wondered what is like living "Up North"?
I turned 50 recently, so this now a 50 something woman exploring her numerous (if fleeting) interests while living in a rural area of vast natural resources, but little else.
Really, I started doing this as an experiment. It is my first blog. It has turned into much more. This is how I keep my thoughts straight, my angst known, my opinions expressed, and my friends and family up to date on my exciting adventures. Is knitting an adventure?

A sweater is done...and it FITS!
I have been working since just about the first post to this blog with the yarn I got for free at the Lamb and Wool Fest the end of September. Remember the yarn I wound around the chair legs? Yep! Here's the photo!
