You must admit, this is the best season of Survivor EVER. Twist, turn, blindside, and stab you in the back fest! I am thoroughly enjoying it.
I left work at noon today. I ran some errands and then I signed disclosure papers at the bank. The interest rates are dropping like a rock this week! They were 5.975 on Tuesday, today they are 5.5! I will be having the appraisal next week and a lot depends on the outcome. If the house doesn't appraise for the right amount, I may have to pay PMI for awhile.
The mortgage lady said some properties have fallen in value as much as 20-30%. Now that I think about it, I wonder how many people out there have a mortgage for more than their house is worth? Isn't that a scary thought? No wonder the economy is so bad.
Okay, I am being distracted by Survivor, Tribal Council is starting. Stay tuned for some news about me that I have been sitting on for about a month. I should know more next week! Send me positive vibes!
